Delivery & Returns

In cooperation with An Post, we aim to provide the fastest possible delivery of your items direct to your door. We offer a flat rate delivery charge of 3.50 euro. Delivery charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change special offers on postage and packaging at any time. Delivery will generally be 2 to 3 working days from date of dispatch. Packaging costs are included as part of the Postage and Packaging charge.

Order & Dispatch Process

Once an order has been received, you will automatically receive a confirmation email confirming receipt of order as well as order details. If you have failed to complete your order, we will send you an email confirming that your order was not completed and you will be advised of how to complete your order, if you wish.

If we do not have a product in stock, we will tell you by either email or telephone at which point we can advise when the item will come into stock and discuss whether you require cancelling that part of the order or waiting until it comes into stock.
If your order does not arrive within the timescales above please note the following:

    * If the parcel could not fit in the receiver letter box or there is no one available to accept the Parcel at the delivery address completed on your order, Postage company will leave a card and will keep the parcel in the local sorting office for up to 5 days, so you should check there first before contacting us.
    * If the goods are not collected from the Local Sorting office within the specified time, the goods will be returned to our dispatch centre, and we will contact the customer to re-arrange delivery and the customer will be responsible for paying the postage charge.

Policy for Lost Goods or non-delivery of orders

On occasion, orders may get lost, and fail to get delivered, which are outside of our control, as we are reliant on postage company (An Post).

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directives, you are entitled to return ordered goods within 7 days of receipt. The returned goods must be unopened and unused and in the same condition as when dispatched by us. To return goods please contact us and provide details of the return. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We will refund the value of the goods to the original account charged. Once the returned goods have been received in a satisfactory condition we shall refund the original account charged within 14 days. Customers are liable for the costs involved in returning unwanted goods to us.

If the goods you receive are damaged please contact us immediately. You can return the damaged products for a replacement or a full refund.
